What do you charge for one-time placements?

We charge a $500 deposit to begin your search process. There are no deposits for annual memberships or enterprise plans. If you successfully hire a candidate we provide, we charge a one-time placement fee.

Are these my employees?

Yes, you are the legal employer. We do not provide contracted or temp employees. We recruit full-time or part-time talent to be hired directly by your business.

What if I hire someone who doesn't work out?

Every one of our placements includes a 60-day replacement guarantee. If an employee leaves or needs to be let go during this period, we will re-run the search and placement process at no additional cost.

Who generates the job title, description, compensation ranges, etc.?

We work with you 1:1 to generate all of the necessary information and materials to advertise your position including job titles, descriptions, required qualifications, and compensation ranges.

How long does it take?

We can typically provide a short-list of candidates within 14 days. Entry-level positions may be filled more quickly and highly-qualified roles may take slightly longer.
