Are these my employees?
Yes, you are the legal employer. We do not provide contracted or temp employees. We recruit full-time or part-time talent to be hired directly by your business.
What if I hire someone who doesn't work out?
Every one of our placements includes a 90-day replacement guarantee. If an employee leaves or needs to be let go during this period, we will re-run the search and placement process at no additional cost.
How does the process work?
We have an initial call to discuss your hiring needs and how the process works.
We help draft the necessary materials (job title, description, compensation range) and launch a professional search process through our internal talent pool, job boards, trade schools, direct outreach, and more.
We collect applicants and filter by qualifications and experience.
We conduct a short phone interview with top candidates to confirm experience and interest in the position.
We provide you with a list of 2-3 vetted candidates for your position.
You conduct final interviews as desired and hire your favorite candidate. If you don't find a fit, we can provide additional options until you do.
How long does it take?
We can typically provide a list of candidates within 7-14 days.
Why should I choose an annual plan?
If you hire several employees each year, the annual plans provide a lower cost-per-placement. It also guarantees our ongoing availability for your hiring needs and gives your job openings priority over one-time placements.
How are annual plans charged?
Plans are billed monthly. We offer a 10% discount if the full year is paid upfront.
Who generates the job title, description, compensation ranges, etc.?
We work with you 1:1 to generate all of the necessary information and materials to advertise your position including job titles, descriptions, required qualifications, and compensation ranges.
